Strategy

  • A common 3 Star Saber class servant, Caesar fulfills two roles as both a supporter and sub-attacker.
  • Keep in mind that it is beneficial for him to reinforce his Incite skill to maximize its buff effects. After finishing the Strengthening Quest, he will gain Incite ‘EX’ which improves C. Star regeneration for the whole party. As a supporter, make sure to focus on drawing Quick Cards to form a Quick Cards Chain. This produces an effective means to gather C. Stars.
  • In Caesar’s case, he acquires 2 Quick Cards and his NP shares the type, allowing it to be chained in the process. He shines offensively if you can trigger his NP. To accomplish both support and offense, be sure to have his Overcharge on hand to garner additional C. Stars as he unleashes his NP.
  • Pair him with Jing Ke as the latter will flourish from the C. Star generation that the former will provide.

Best Equipment

  • Equip Caesar with Craft Essences that boost Quick Cardseffectiveness, this include the 5 Star Craft Essence Imaginary Around which grants around 25~3o%, while further strengthening his ATK.
    • If you do not have this Craft Essence yet but would still need a boost in effectiveness, consider swapping for a 4 Star CE – Gandr for the meantime to receive 15~20% boost in Quick Cards’ effectiveness.

Origins

Gaius Julius Caesar is a cunning man. Despite his failed political career, Gaius Julius Caesar is a talented military commanded. He worked alongside Pompey for awhile before establishing the Triumvirate.

Working alongside Crassus and Pompey, he began his conquering of Rome. He was also the first to cross the Rhine after building a bridge. But his military achievements overshadowed his cunning mind. He won his wars via trickery which allowed him to even eclipse his former ally, Pompey.

After marching in Rome, he soon amassed political power. Gaius also fell in love with two rulers: Nero Claudius and Cleopatra. However, this part of his life never happened as he was murdered by Brutus during the Ides of March. His only wish during this Holy Grail War was to see Cleopatra once more and his son.
