Strategy

  • William Shakespeare works well with Ramesses II due to his ability to Enchant. The skill enchant bolsters Buster cards which will increase Ramesses II already unnaturally high attack power.
  • Hans Christian Andersen can support Ramesses II when using his Noble Phantasm. This grants a variety of buffs and coupled with Ramesses II’s Imperial Privilege will increase the Rider class servant’s sustainability in battle.
  • Caligula bears the same skill as Ramesses II, allowing them both to deal heavy damage against the enemy. His Noble Phantasm can also lock skills, preventing any enemies from melting Ramesses II right away.

Best Equipment

  • Joint Recital may work well with Ramesses II due to his innate ability to gather many critical stars. This then increases his crititcal hit damage and his Buster Card performance, making him more well-rounded in terms of combat.
  • Art of Death allows Ramesses II to deal heavy damage against Humanoid enemies. This makes him useful for sweeping out a large amount of enemies while also dealing heavy damage against Servants. Another is that maxing out this craft essence will allow him to deal a lot more damage than most Rider class servants.
  • The Black Grail while it does increase Ramesses II’s Noble Phantasm, it takes away 500 HP. However, Ramesses II has Imperial Privilege allowing him to heal any deducted HP.

Origins

Ramesses II is an Egyptian pharoah who lived in the time of Moses. As a young prince, he and Moses played together. Both were unaware of their true natures. They didn’t know that their people feuded against one another.

Throughout history, he is also known as Ozymandias or Ramesses the Great. Many said that Ramesses II was a celebrated leader and pharoah. Many loved him as if Osiris had taken on his form. The people of Egypt believed in his wisdom. Ramesses II also earned popularity as a talented charioteer. He would practice against his stepbrother, Moses, before becoming the ruthless ruler that the Israelites knew him to be.

Ramesses II however believes that the height of his power was when Nefertari gave birth to their second son.
