Origins
King Arthur Pendragon is the king of all Britain. He is the boy who drew out the magic sword from the stone, Excalibur. As he wielded the sword Excalibur, he won countless battles that were stocked against him. Son of King Uther of Pendragon, he vows to carry his father’s ideals while ushering Camelot into a time of peace and prosperity.
With Merlin as his attendant, King Arthur soon began establishing the Knights of the Round Table. Only the strongest and the bravest were allowed to sit in such table. There was Bedivere, the last knight who stayed with him to his dying breath. The White Knight or commonly known as the Knight of the Rising Sun, Gawain who joined after his brothers – Gaheris and Garrett. He also earned the allegiance of the most famous knights – Lancelot du Lac who won his fame through battle and his virtuous character. He also married a young woman, Guinevere who reigned in Camelot with him.
However, his final moments were marked as Lancelot fell in love with his wife. He watched the rise and fall of Camelot, ending things after defeating Mordred. As he swooned away, he asked Bedivere to cast the sword into the lake. As Bedivere threw Excalibur to the lake, he then made his way to Morgan Le Fay who ushered him to Avalon. Some say he died of his wounds. Others say that he survived and will return to Britain in its time of need.
Upon being summoned in the Holy Grail War, his only wish is to make things right for all of Britain. He wishes Camelot the best and hopes he can change the past and prevent its fall.
