How to use
Unlike the usual cards, the Tsukumihara Student Council enhances both Arts and Buster cards for the servant. As most servants use both Arts and Buster, this craft essence will allow them to keep up their consistency in battle. The Tsukumihara Student Council craft essence can be used on a Buster type servant or an Arts type servant. However, if there is a servant that specializes in both, the craft essence can maximize its potential there.
