Victor of the Moon is a craft essence that recently appeared in Fate Grand Order NA. After patch 1.5.0, the Victor of the Moon CE became a permanent part of the summoning pool for FGO NA.

How to use

Victor of the Moon is a single target craft essence that focuses in increasing the Buster card’s potential of a servant. While increasing the buster cards’ potential of that servant, there’s also the increasing of the unit’s critical attack. This works well if the servant is the type to gain a lot of Critical Stars. Another way to benefit from the Critical attack damage increase of this craft essence is to pair this craft essence with another that gains a number of C. stars per turn.

Recommended for servants that have an offensive Buster type Noble Phantasm, Victor of the Moon further strengthens when executed in a Buster chain. Normally, the Victor of the Moon Craft Essence works best with Berserker class servants. Not only do they have multiple Buster cards but, even their Noble Phantasms are Buster-type in nature. One example would be Darius III whose Noble Phantasm hits multiple enemies. Another possible servant to give this to would be Altria Pendragon (Saber). Once she hits third ascension, she now has access to Intuition, increasing the amount of C. Stars. This would be beneficial for her especially if she activates Mana Burst while forming a Buster Chain.

Although it boosts both Buster effectiveness alongside Critical strength, it unfortunately does not remedy the need for C. Stars. Thus adjust accordingly with a servant such as those with a high propensity to gather C. Stars.
