3 Star Craft Essence
These are the essences that are easy to find that are dropped from the Gacha. However, many people immediately replace these craft essences after finding better ones with better effects. Sometimes, people would “burn” or discard these craft essences for additional QP or Mana Prisms. In doing so, they can upgrade their better essences into their 4th Limit Break form to maximize the benefits of their stronger craft essences.

Command Card
These 3 Star craft essences often improve the performance of the command cards. However, there are also times that these craft essences also give secondary boosts that improve the stats of the servant. Some of these 3 star craft essences vary in targets. Some of them only improve single units. Others affect the whole party.

ATK & DEF
These cards boost a servant’s abilities in battle. Whether it is their attack or defense, these cards improve the combat ability of the servants. Sometimes, depending on the servant’s abilities, may create a chain of craft essences. This “chain” will serve as a means to reinforce abilities. Or, this will allow the servant to sustain in battle.

HP craft essences increases the amount of HP recovered. It also boosts a servant’s rate of recovery should it be on the receiving end.

Noble Phantasm (NP)
When using these 3 star craft essences, make sure that your noble phantasm is worth boosting. Matching the proper craft essence to the noble phantasm is important especially when it comes to NP generation or NP damage. Some Noble Phantasms may be better with their Overcharge Effect rather than being used.
