The Teacher and I craft essence was a limited event craft essence that appeared during the Chaldea Boys 2018 Event. Players had a chance of choosing one out of several other craft essences or even summoning it from the pool for a short time. The Teacher and I craft essence features the young Alexander and Zhuge Liang.

How to use

The Teacher and I is an extremely useful craft essence for those who focus on Critical Damage and their Noble Phantasm to win battles. Similar to Halloween Princess, the Teacher and I allows the servant more flexibility as it doesn’t focus purely on Noble Phantasm power. However, the Teacher and I craft essence can only reach its true potential by pairing the servant equipped with this craft essence with a servant that can farm Critical Stars.

However, there are still some servants that can do both. Servants such as Okita Souji can make good use of this craft essence. Oda Nobunaga as well for her noble phantasm which is most likely at level 5 for those who finished the GUDAGUDA event. Even Ryougi Shiki can make good use of this especially since her noble phantasm needs to be at a high charge in order to inflict the Insta-Death debuff on her enemy.

An unorthodox way to go around this craft essence is to lock it on Heracles. A little weird but it does this: it makes Heracles viable for Quick combos especially if you have a C. Star Farmer like Jack the Ripper in play. At the same time, players can also focus on supporting Heracles to have him deal damage against enemies with large amounts of HP. As one of the hardest hitting Berserker class servants (next to Tamamo Cat and Sakata Kintoki), giving him the extra C. Star gather will make boss fights look like a walk in the park.
