This article contains an introduction to Account Recovery. It includes how to perform a Data Transfer in-game.
Account Recovery
Upon starting a file in-game, it gives you an option to select Account Recovery, labeled in-game as Data Transfer. In this game, it allows you to load a previous game data from another file or account once.
How to Perform an Account Recovery
To backup a file that you wish to load in the future, be sure to head to My Room then tap Issue Transfer Number. This will bring up the Issue Data Transfer No. Screen, which will ask for a Password. Be sure to input the desired Password twice, then tap Register.
The next screen will then display an Issued Transfer Number composed of a mixture of Alphanumeric, which includes capital letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. You can choose to press Reissue to generate another Transfer Number or tap Copy to have it on your clipboard. Do note that if you Reissue, you will no longer be able to use the old Transfer Number and password. Jot down the Transfer Number and password and store it somewhere safe.
*To protect your account, do not share your password or Transfer Number with other people.
If you wish to load this game data, simply boot the game as normal then at the Menu Screen tap Data Transfer. This will redirect you to the Data Transfer screen. Enter your Transfer Number and Password, then tap Start Game. This will recover your previously saved Account.
Hi I already made a password and transfer number before my account got deleted, so I redownloaded the app, is it possible to get your deleted account back in the same device or do I need two devices
In the update I lost my account but I put the day of my birthday and I remember that I had 25 quartz apart I remember that I had started the Roma ecenary
i dont why but i forgot 1 digit on my transfer number but i remember the password is there any option to recover that ?
