When encountering Arturia Pendragon Alter, make sure that Mash keeps stacking Defense buffs to prevent the player from taking too much damage. Also, it would be helpful if one of the servants you have had high attack and relied on Buster Cards.
(Katherine Baskerville: In my case, I had Heracles with Verdant Sound of Destruction.)
After that, have Cuchulainn (Caster) and that servant lay damage. As much as possible, don’t have her reach her Noble Phantasm as you only have one heal at this time.
