The Black Cat Figurine is an item that drops only during the Kara no Kyoukai (KnK) event and can be used to buy items in the event shop. As a gold bordered item, the Black Cat Figurine is one of the rarer drops and only drops from high leveled monsters. Some of these monsters include the Rapunzel (variant of the Vengeful Spirit of Seven People), the Vengeful Spirit of Seven People, and some of the servants that appear as a boss.

What’s the benefit from farming all those Black Cat Figurines? It’s quite simple; the Black Cat Figurine give you access to Secret Gems for each and every class along with some extremely desirable ascension items. The ascension items include the Phoenix Feather and the Claw of Chaos which are extremely hard to get on regular days. At the same time, you need 100 for one quest and 500 for another quest for extra QP. So, what do you have to lose? Better start stacking those Black Cat Figurines to buy the items! Tips and Tricks: Black Cat Figurine Farming

First thing you do when farming is to create a team that can clear waves quickly. Of course, it’ll be incredibly annoying if you have to peel away at your enemies essentially making the grind “longer”. But the main question is: most of the enemies that drop the Black Cat Figurines are Rider class! How do I burst through them?

Don’t worry, we’re going to do this guide step by step and I’ll explain the mechanics as to how to make it easy.

Area of Choice: Parking Lot

Personally, the Parking Lot has always been the best place to farm. Why? Majority of the enemies are the same there! It’s the Vengeful Spirit of Seven People plus a Rapunzel. So while doing Missions 38 and 49, you can farm the Black Cat Figurine stacks from them. Each Vengeful Spirit of Seven People drops at an average of 4 Black Cat Figurines per stack plus the Rapunzel drops 10 at the end. And if each run has at least 8 Vengeful Spirit of Seven People:

All in all, without any Event Bonus Craft Essence, you can get at the most 42 Black Cat Figurines. However, there are times the number will be slightly lower depending on the amount dropped.

Similar to the Living Corpses, these guys can be useful especially in the Parking Lot. For example, Jack’s specialty lies in killing Female enemies. Her Maria the Ripper deals extra damage if her target is a Female in which majority of them are. At the same time, Jack’s capable of pooping out a ton of C. Stars which can definitely buff up your allies. For the others, you have Ryougi Shiki capable of inflicting insta-Death on the Rapunzel to take her down and Mysterious Heroine X to deal heavy damage.

However, if you don’t have Jack or Mysterious Heroine X, Jing Ke can do. She also has an insta-death NP and can also generate some C. Stars if required.

Craft Essence of Choice: Decapitating Bunny 2018, Mature Gentleman, or Grand Puppeteer?

Now depending on your needs, the craft essences can vary. However, the reason why these three were mentioned were because they affect 1) the enemies that drop them, or 2) affect the number of drops itself. So, one’s indirectly affecting the drop and the other two affect the drops directly.

The Decapitating Bunny 2018 is more meant for farimng out the monster itself: the Vengeful Spirit of Seven People. If you have a full stack of those spread across your servants, fighting in the Parking Lot gives you a chance to fight an additional three more Vengeful Spirit of Seven People which can total to an additional 1o pieces.

On the other hand, Grand Puppeteer somewhat beats the Mature Gentleman in the battle aspect due to its effect:
