This article contains a guide on the weekly Master Missions (August 28 – September 4) for Fate Grand Order [FGO]. It contains some tips on how to fulfill the missions. We’ll update this as the weeks go by.
Master Missions
Master Missions are small sidequests that you can perform while doing other battles. They refresh every week, and they award Saint Quart Fragments, which can be exchanged for the valuable Saint Quartz. For August 28, the missions here involve more in servant slaying than they do in terms of farming. And during this week from August 28 to September 3, players will find themselves farming more Void’s Dust than they should.
For those who want to do the mission easily, they can always exploit the lowest quest AP for this mission. However, this also depends on the kinds of materials the players need. Some materials such as the Saber Monument only appear in the higher AP missions.

Tips and Tricks for the Week
- The first mission is relatively easy. You can start farming for this mission on Tuesday (August 29, 2017) and Wednesday (August 30, 2017). Or, if you miss those – there’s still Saturday (September 2, 2017) and Sunday (September 3, 2017).
- However, the tricky one is finding the traits and alignments. For Missions 2 and 3, servants with the [Divine] or [Roman] trait appear mostly on Duel with the Knights. This is a daily quest that occurs on Tuesday and Saturday.
- Roman Servants: Romulus, Nero, and Julius Caesar
- Divine Servants: Cu Chulainn, Cu Chulainn (Prototype), Medusa, Alexander, Saint Martha, and Julius Caesar
- The [Lawful] Alignment has three different alignments: Good, Evil, and Neutral.
- If the players are looking for Lawful Good Servants then, the player can look for the Shadow Servant forms of: Altria Lily, Altria Pendragon, Marie Antoinette, Saint Martha, and Sakata Kintoki.
- Similar to the [Lawful] Alignment, [Chaotic] also has three different categories: Good, Evil, and Neutral.
- For Chaotic Good Servants, players can hunt for the Shadow Servant forms of Medusa, Musashibou Benkei, Nero Claudius, Gilgamesh, and Siegfried.
- The Duel Free Quests that occur on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday have a mixed variety of servants.
- However, players can also opt to use the Free Quests in the story maps should they want to start early.
- Shadow Medusa can be found in Fuyuki in the Church of Wandering Corpses.
- For Shadow Saint Martha, she appears in either Primeval Forest.
- Players can also gain Octuplet Crystals and fight Julius Caesar in the Smoldering Warzone Quest in Gaul. This Free Quest is found in Septem.
