Final Night – Assault by the Other Alter

After defeating the fake Santa Claus, Santa Alter proceeds to find her last recipient during the Final Night – Assault by the Other Alter. As she descends into the city of Paris, she finds out that the last recipient during the Assault by the Other quest is none other than Jeanne D’ Arc (Alter). As the two Alters butt heads with one another, the protagonist finds himself/herself pit against an angry Alter/Ruler class servant.

Tips:

• The Final Night – Assault by the Other Alter is one of the most taxing quests. First off, you have a wave of ghosts incoming which have a nasty special attack that seals your skills. Second, you have to deal with Jalter herself who is a Ruler class and therefore has resistance to all classes.
• For the first wave of the Assault by the Other Alter quest, set up as many Arts chains as you can to fuel your NP gauge. Personally, I suggest you ignore the number of stockings for this quest. It already drops you 100 Magical Stockings at least which will allow you to focus more on your other servants.
• Caster class servants work best against the horde of Pierre’s. Common choice would be Nursery Rhyme but if you want to punch down that Jeanne D’ Arc Alter, bring Zhuge Liang. He can take away her NP and stun her at the same time. Her Noble Phantasm is nothing like Jeanne D’ Arc‘s and deals heavy damage.
• Bring a Berserker class servant. Possibly, bring Kiyohime if you don’t have heavy hitting Berserkers like Heracles. Kiyohime has Stun and Burn which inflicts lingering damage. At the same time, her Morph can grant her some damage reduction. Pairing her up with Zhuge Liang not only guarantees her survival but also increases her attack power.
• For the third servant, bring anyone who’s flexible as both offense and defense. Jeanne D’ Arc Alter counts as a boss battle which you may want to bring a servant that can avoid her attacks.

• Once you defeat her, you’ll finish the Final Night – Assault by the Other Alter, effectively ending the main quest campaign for the FGO 2017 Christmas Event. Also, you’ll be able to claim your own Santa Alter for permanent usage.
