The Present for My Master Craft Essence made its debut on Fate/ Grand Order during the Almost Weekly Santa Alter – an FGO 2017 Christmas Event. However, this particular craft essence’s true power works best in combination with another craft essence that focuses on the other aspects of C. Stars and Quick Team Builds. During the event, players who had this Craft Essence gained an additional +1 to each stack of Golden Stars they get from enemies.

How to use

The Present for My Master craft essence works best with another servant who has a Star Generating Craft Essence. For example, this particular craft essence can work well with Be Elegant or A Fragment of 2030 which focuses on C. Star Drops and C. Star Generation respectively. Ergo, it’s best to run a Quick Team with this kind of Craft Essence. Players can also try using the Holy Night Sign as a means to improve the over-all performance of the Quick Cards.

One servant that can use this card is Okita Souji who relies on Star Absorption to deliver devastating damage towards enemies. Archer class servants can also use it such as David who has Sure Hit after using his Noble Phantasm. Jack the Ripper can also use it for better unleashing her damage.

However, a more unorthodox method is to give it to a Berserker class servant who have one of the lowest rates of C. Star Absorption. Heracles, for example, if given the Present for My Master Craft Essence, will not only grant him better sustainability (heals have better output on him) but also allow him to take in some of the C. Stars generated by an Assassin class servant like Jack the Ripper or Jing Ke.
