Customization Options in Monster Hunter Rise
When starting a new game in Monster Hunter Rise, you will be able to name, create, and customize your character (Hunter).

Hunter Character Customization Options
Customizing your Hunter Character involves creating your own facial features, hair style, inner clothing, and character voice.

Palico Character Customization Options
You will also need to customize the appearance of your Palico, one of two hunting companions that fight alongside you during quests.
The Palico customization screen has fewer options compared to the hunter’s, though you will still be able to tweak the appearance of your feline friend to make them more unique.
Note that you must also indicate what “Support Type” you want your Palico to focus on. This largely determines their fighting style during combat.

Palamute Character Customization Options
Your Palamute, who makes its first appearance in Monster Hunter Rise, is another type of quest buddy you can customize.
The Palamute customization screen mostly similar options to those found when customizing your Palico. You cannot, however, specify the Support Type your Palamute will adopt as the canine companion is focused only in attacking when in battle.
