How to Change Item Shortcuts
You can change the items and commands configured on the item shortcut palette to suit your preferences by accessing the start menu at any point during a quest.
Steps to Change Item Shortcut
| 1 | Press the + button to open the start menu. |

| 2 | Select “Shortcut Settings.” |
| 3 | Select the shortcut you wish to change on the item palette. |
| 4 | Use the right stick to select the item you wish to change. |
| 5 | Select the item you want to set as a shortcut from the menu. Note that you can also set commands and even formulations on the item palette. |
Using Multiple Shortcut Palettes
It is possible to create multiple shortcut palettes and switch between them by pressing the ZL button when selecting a shortcut command.
Below are some useful commands for editing item shortcuts.

| X | Allows you to copy the selected item palette. It can then be pasted on a new item palette. |
| + | Allows you to change the order of the pallete. |
| – | Allows you to change the name of the item palette. |
