All Sub Camp Locations in Monster Hunter Rise (MH Rise)

In Monster Hunter Rise (MH Rise), sub camps are secondary camp sites where you can eat meals, manage items and equipment, or use the Buddy Board when out on quests. You can also fast travel between different camp sites which is incredibly useful for reaching different areas quickly.

How to Unlock All Sub Camps

You can unlock sub camps by first finding them in each locale. Below are the steps to unlock them during quests.

All Sub Camp Locations

Shrine Ruins (1 Sub Camp)

Sub Camp 1

Climb the cliff with the Wirebug tool in area 1  to reach the only sub camp in this locale.

Frost Islands (2 Sub Camps)

Sub Camp 1

You can find the first sub camp by jumping down the cliff to the east from area 6.

Sub Camp 2

The second sub camp can be reached by climbing the hill between areas 8 and 10 using the Wirebug tool.

Sandy Plains (2 Sub Camps)

Sub Camp 1

Climb the ivy vines to the northwest of area 3 to locate the first sub camp in this locale.

Sub Camp 2

The second sub camp is found by climbing the hill north of area 5 and heading for the sunken area.

Flooded Forest (1 Sub Camp)

Sub Camp 1

You can reach the only sub camp in this locale by climbing the eastern hill in area 6.

Lava Caverns (2 Sub Camps)

Sub Camp 1

From the upper layer, head to the northeastern section of area 10. There is also a shortcut to the location to go beyond the lava using the Wirebug tool in area 7.

Sub Camp 2

Still from the upper layer, head southeast from area 6. As with the first sub camp, there is a shortcut to go beyond the lava using the Wirebug tool in area 10.

Sub Camp Requests

After discovering the location of a sub camp, drop by Kagero’s store to begin the Sub Camp Request. Once cleared, you will be able to use the sub camp and fast travel between them (and the main camp) to move around more easily during quests.
