How to Acquire
- Finish all Research Base optional quests
- Trigger the 6★ quest: “Tingling Taste”
- Accomplish the quest: “RRRRRumble in the Waste!”
Specialized Tool Notes
- Places a temporary red cloud on the ground that can be used by the user and his/her allies.
- Gives user 50% affinity buff when a player enters the cloud.
- The cloud lasts up to 60 seconds while the actual buff only lasts up to 20 seconds.
- Players can either re-enter or stay within the cloud to refresh the buff.
- Even if the cloud disappears, the 20-second buff duration will persist. This gives the player a chance to use the buff for up to 80 seconds.
