Do not follow close behind Banbaro after it plows through the snow as it will usually follow it up by turning around and dropping a boulder in front of it. Wait until it throws out the second attack before rushing in to strike.

Avoiding the Log Charge

Banbaro will pick up a large log when it plows through a tree. Its charging attacks will gain wider range, making it difficult to run away from. Doing a superman dive to the side lets you avoid the attack.
