Try to fight Seething Bazelgeuse in open areas as much as possible. Mobility is important when trying to weave through exploding scales and the monster itself is charging at you.
Seething Bazelgeuse Monster Guide
Get a feel for how many hits you can land before Seething Bazelgeuse retaliates. With ranged weapons, you can safely pepper the monster with attacks from afar. Melee weapons require you to be dangerously close when striking. Reposition yourself in between attacks if you are using fast weapons like the dual blades and sword and shield.
