Adrammelech, the Wroth is the zodiac representation for Capricorn. As an optional Esper, he does not appear in the main storyline unless the player seeks him out. Appearing as a draconic creature with goat-like features, this esper resides in the middle of Zertinan Caverns. When the player confronts him, Adrammelech will summon Shambling Corpses to aid him in combat. While he does not have a long range, his close range attacks make him a foe to be reckoned with.

Battle Strategy

Before battling Adrammelech, buff your allies with Shell and Protect to withstand incoming physical and electrical attacks. While level 30+ is the recommended level, it’s still possible to defeat the enemy so long as you have Quickenings. Another thing is to exploit its weakness: the Ice Element.

However, Adrammelech is a flying creature which means only ranged weapons will work. If there are any ranged weapons with the ice attribute then, it should deal good damage against him. Another weapon worth noting against him is the Glacial Staff which buffs the damage of Ice Spells. Combined with the Faith buff, ice spells such as Blizzard and Blizzaja can deal more damage.

While focusing on Adrammelech, make sure you have an ally focusing on the incoming Shambling Corpses. Have at least two of the characters wield a holy-attribute weapon or cast healing skills to keep the undead at bay.

However, Adrammelech also casts Perfect Defense at some point. Focus on healing and buffing to aid your allies while casting Bubble to reduce the damage from Sap coming from the Shambling Corpses. After that, chain Quickening attacks and he will fall soon after.
