Shemhazai, the Whisperer is representation for the zodiac Sagittarius. Her power as an Esper involves the ability to randomize elemental resistances, use a variety of Black Magicks, and chain Black Magick Spells with no charge time. Shemhazai appears at the lowest reaches of Giruvegan before the Gate of Fire leading to Ocurria. Among the five story-driven Espers, she is the third to appear.
When Shemhazai is summoned, she relies on her Devour Soul ability. Every time she uses it, the damage of her technick abilities increases. Her damage output is also dependent on the number of knots of rust you have.
