We apologize for the lack of information. Rest assured, we’re fixing the FFXII website and all its details as soon as possible. Thank you. As for Tournesol, you can only craft it via bazaar. Use 3 Gemsteel, 3 Empyreal Soul, and 3 Serpentarius. You’ll have to pay 600,000 Gil for this.
The Gemsteel can be found on a Lv.99 Red Chocobo, but only if you have the specific monograph (Hunter’s Monograph, which is completed by finishing the Thextera Hunt. Make sure to talk to Gatsly at Muthru Bazaar).
You can find an Empyreal Soul with a Thief’s Cuff on a LV.99 Red Chocobo as well (less rare than without it, but rare nontheless).
Finally, Serpentarius can be created with Serpent Eye x 2, Snake Skin x4, High Arcana x1, or stolen from Zodiark.
