Clan rank goes up with the number of Marks defeated and clan points received.
When the clan rank rises, you get rare item rewards from Montblanc at the clan headquarters.

Regular clan rank rises by defeating Marks and earning points, as shown in the table. However, in order to reach the rank Order of Ambrosia, it is necessary to complete the sidequest The Sky Pirate’s Den. This is very difficult to accomplish due to the many conditions needed. Once you have the Centurio Hero’s Badge, you will be able to buy Motes of all kinds and Dark Matter at the shop.
