- Take the Rabanastre – Nalbina Skyferry.
- Head to the West Barbician zone of Nalbina Forest and find July. The quest will start once you talk to her.
- Two men named Gibbs and Deweg will block your way to Mosphoran Highwaste.
- Rent a chocobo from Gurdy for 800 gil.
- Ride the chocobo until you reach Gibbs.
- Talk to Gibbs. After, July will invite you to go to Charlotte’s Magickery in Archades.
- She will reward you with a Salamand Halcyon.

This is a missable side quest! I’m in Nalbina around the end of the game, but nobody is here anymore! No July, no guards….
The reward is also obtainable by stealing from Salamand Entite or a drop from the Entite as well.
This is a missable sidequest! The time frame for sidequest starts when you receive the Dawn Shard and it ends when you kill Judge Bergan at Mt. Bur-Omisace.

After defeating Judge Bergan and friends in Mt Bur-Omisace, after completing the Stilshrine of Miriam; July, Gibbs and Deweg will no longer be in Nalbina.
