Lindis Item Builds
Core Items
These items are necessary in order to play Lindis optimally. Only diverge from a core item if you are a very experienced player or you have a very good reason for doing so.
Lindis makes for a very competent jungler, and should take a jungling item when doing so to ensure a maximized flow of experience as she kills monsters. Scorching Wind is the best pick for any ranged jungler, allowing for more frequent normal attacks and, in Lindis’ case, more activations of Piercing Gaze.
Rankbreaker is a fantastic item for physical junglers. The armor pierce it provides will amp up all of Lindis’ damage, while the movement speed it offers will assist her in moving from lane to lane.
Claves Sancti is a great choice for any ranged hero. Attack damage and critical chance in a single item is a golden combination, offering tons of damage potential. The passive is great on Lindis as well, adding to her already impressive mobility so that she is nearly impossible to escape from. In addition, it raises the damage done by each critical shot, making it a necessity to marksmen. |
Optional Items
Fafnir’s Talon is a great choice for Lindis given how quickly she can dish out normal attacks. Her ultimate counts as a normal attack as well, applying on-hit effects to the target. As such, she can very quickly proc Fafnir’s Talon to tear down fantastic amounts of HP.
Slikk’s Sting is the jelly to Claves Sancti’s peanut butter. Along with the impressive offensive stats that it offers, Slikk’s Sting will help Lindis slip out of stick situations, granting her some resistance after she scores a critical hit.
With how frequently Lindis can use abilities, Omni Arms is a given. The extra damage will help her rip through enemy health, each shot explosively lethal if she times her ability usage right. Omni Arms additionally offers a great suite of abilities, all of which great supplements to Lindis’ kit.
An alternate to Omni Arms (do not get both,) Frost Cape slows the enemy it affects rather than offering explosive amounts of damage. This can make it nearly impossible for prey to escape from the nimble Lindis. In addition, the item offers some nice defensive boosts to prevent the marksman from being a total glass cannon.
Fenrir’s Tooth is a great choice when looking to pump up your lethality. Not only does it offer the most attack damage in a single place, its damage amplification passive will turn Lindis into a powerful finisher. |
Boots Upgrade
Gilded Greaves helps shake off any control effects that come your way. This is great whenever enemies have a lot of tricks and traps to keep Lindis from running around the field. Gilded Greaves can additionally help
Sonic Boots | Sonic Boots is a strong item against enemy compositions with a lot of physical damage. The armor and damage reduction that it offers are particularly helpful against fed marksmen. |
War Boots | War Boots is your aggressive choice when it comes to boots, upping your attack speed. Lindis relies almost completely on her normal attacks for damage, so any boost they can receive is welcome. |
Active Items
Lindis heavily relies on her auto attacks, so building this item is a viable option. She will have immense life steal once she activates the Bloodthirst ability. On top of that, the added attack damage and critical chance are what makes this item stronger on Lindis compared to The Beast. |
Sample Item Builds
The most common way to run Lindis is in the jungle. We follow that trend here, amping her damage potential to turn the girl into a chasing machine. Rankbreaker and Frost Cape will make the marksman exceptionally hard to escape from and once engaged, nearly ensuring kills when catching enemies out in the open. Rankbreaker, Claves, Scorching Wind, and Fenrir’s Tooth all together will ensure that each of her bolts carries a lot of weight, her natural speed boosts allowing her to focus completely on attack damage instead of attack speed.
While best suited to the jungle, Lindis is more than adequate in the lane as well. We take Fafnir’s Talon instead of a jungling item in this case, using the freed up slot to add a bit more versatile damage to her kit. Here we did so by including Omni Arms, the item very strong on the marksman due to the nature of Lunar Champion. A lot of the usual suspects are here aside from that shake up, however, Rankbreaker, Claves Sancti, and Fenrir’s Tooth building up Lindis’ offense.

Here, Partha brings us a jungling build that has an added emphasis on some additional critical strike. Perhaps Rankbreaker could be bought a bit earlier. Otherwise, consistent damage through critical strikes can be a great way to knock enemies down. Partha also suggests a laning build where Scorching Wind is exchanged for Fafnir’s Talon.

Nice work on the Linda’s build, but I wouldn’t go rainbreaker after the nerf. Just build astral spear. Whispering wind>gilded>rush claves. Then you can finish your jungle item. Then I’d get an astral spear and go into Omni arms. Then the rest of the build is complete.
BUILD NAME – THUNDERSTORM
SCORCHING WIND
RANKBREAKER
CLAVES SANCTI
FROST CAPE/SPEAR OF LONGINUS
WAR BOOTS/SLIKK’S STING
FENRIR TOOTH
AS Jungle:
Scorch
War boots/gilded greaves
Rankbreaker
Fafnir’s talon
Beast/BoEternity/Claves/Frost Cape (team/gold lead dependent)
Fenrir’s Tooth
I usually run the first items in their rows in most games and substitute in the others if needed late game. Boots are dependent on enemy team comp. Haven’t used Cape in a game yet but I’m sure I’ll find a time for it. If you are excellent at kiting and keeping your distances, the primary items will have you crushing through teams with ease. Positioning is so important with this setup as is farming a gold lead.
I realize this build is insane and risky but I’m having fun and a good win rate. Used in casual and ranked games up to Gold 3.
I have 2 build one jungler lindis nd other is damage dealer.
Jungler build :-
1.Scorching wind
2.gilded greaves
3.claves Santi
4.silk sting
5.rankbreaker
6.fenrir’s tooth
And other one is
Damage dealer
1.fafnir’s talon
2.gilded greaves
3.silk sting
4.rankbreaker
5.claves Santi
6.fenrir’s tooth . This built is useful if u have a jungling hero in the team and with this built take flicker talent. It will play a key role in escaping or for getting kills
Is this build any good?
Scorching wind
• Sonic/Gilded Greaves
• Longinus
• Claves
• Tooth
• Muramasa
Thanks!
Overall it looks rather good! The only notes that I’d make are that Fenrir’s Tooth is a very expensive item and therefore is usually best suited to be the last item made. This is due to the fact that each item you get will make farming a bigger item easier. I would switch the position of Tooth and Muramasa as a result, but leaving the build as is can still be rather effective.
Awesome, thank you! Really appreciate the content and builds on your website.
This makes little sense. You give all these items in the core and optional, then 2 builds have rankbreaker which isn’t even included in ANY of the build core/optional.
The core/optional isn’t meant to suggest that no other items will work on the hero. These guides are more of a guideline on different items that work well with the hero. I will say, though, that the number of suggested items for Lindis is a bit low, so will go ahead and slip in Rankbreaker.
I see I see. I purchased Lindis over Tel and seem to instantly regret it. Lindis appears to be a straight late game character and I cannot build her correctly. She is not an easy character to master..
