Valiant Premier League (VPL) Kicks Off Today!
The Arena of Valor (AoV) SEA server is gearing up for its competitive scene, starting with the Valiant Premier League (VPL). VPL is a community Arena of Valor esports league organized by Royale Premier League (RPL). The regional Arena of Valor tournament will be in an online format and consist of 16 teams coming from the Philippines (10 teams), Malaysia (5 teams), and Singapore (1 team). The qualifying round was held December 26, 2017, with over 50 teams participating in the open qualifiers.
Valor Premiere League 2018
Most teams participating in the league will be debuting for the first time in the Arena of Valor professional scene, with the exception of M8HEXA. M8HEXA is an esports team from Malaysia that participated in the recent Garena AoV Valor Cup 2017. It is possible that Laiswoop24 is a team from the Valor Cup 2017 championship, Resurgence, since one of their players goes by “Swoop” and the team comes from Singapore.
Most importantly (at least for us), Samurai Gamers’ newly signed Arena of Valor team will make its debut under its new name.
