Magic Damage
Normal attacks and abilities inflict a continuous poison effect that deals 25 (+0.05 AP)ˀ magic damage and adds 1 Voodoo mark (up to 5 marks) to enemy heroes.
Ability Mechanics:
  • Every time Mganga levels up, the lingering damage of Voodoo increases by 1. (ex. Level 1: 25 → Level 2: 26)
  • The first application or “tick” of poison damage is immediately added to abilities or attacks. Afterward, the poison (and mark stacks) persist for five seconds after Mganga last damages his enemy, dealing four ticks of poison damage (five total if you include damage from the initial attack/ability), or once per second. The poison disappears just before the damage can tick for the fifth second.
  • The timer on the poison damage resets when Mganga attacks or uses an ability. To maximize damage, attack or use an ability right after the poison ticks
  • Each mark multiplies the damage from Voodoo, so 5 marks = 5 times the damage of 1 mark
  • Numbers don’t appear above minions and monsters, but the same maximum of 5 marks applies

Mganga creates a poisonous cloud at the target area that slowly spreads and deals 40 (+0.16 AP) magic damage for 4 seconds and slow enemy’s movement speed by 30% for 2 seconds.

Mganga hurls magic items in the specified direction to cause 90 (+0.4 AP) magic damage to any enemy he hits. However, if he hits an ally hero, he will affix a healing mark on them that will recover HP.

  • Mana cost goes up by 5 per level.
  • Even without hitting an enemy, Mganga will gain a single Voodoo Mark.
  • DoT varies across enemies inflicted by the same mark.
  • Allied marks have the same duration as enemy marks

Mganga sets off explosions that deal 125 (+0.65 AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies and heal friendly heroes by 120 (+0.32 AP) HP. The explosion effects are increased 50% per stack for marked enemies, and HP restored to allies is increased by 50% per stack.

Ability Mechanics

  • Ability Range: 1000 units
  • Mana cost goes up by 10 per level.
  • Though using Detonation visually removes marks, Detonation actually adds a stack to enemies and allies. For example, if Mganga attacks an enemy twice, uses Detonation, and attacks the same enemy twice more, a “2” will be displayed above the enemy’s head, but in reality there will be five marks.

In-Game Tool Tip

Mganga is adept at inflicting continuous magic damage and healing allies. Use his normal attack to mark enemies, then use Detonation to deal a ton of damage.
