Guide for Wyndon Champion Cup Finals Stage (Bede)
The Wyndon Champion Cup is the pokemon league in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. The trainer, who has won the semifinals, proceeds to the finals stage to again face the Galar gym leaders, including Bede.
Recommended Pokemon
Bede excels in fairy type Pokemon, much like Ballonlea’s gym leader. Your best bet in this situation is to use fire and steel types. While you can use these interchangeably, having both types makes the battle easier.
- Fire: Arcanine, Cinderace, Ninetales
- Steel: Corviknight, Ferrothorn
Bede Finals Stage Battle
Mawile (Lv. 51), Gardevoir (Lv. 51), Rapidash (Lv. 52), Hatterene (Lv. 53)
Bede leads with Mawile which takes regular damage to Steel due to its secondary type. If you chose Cinderace, use a strong fire attack to score a quick knock out. After losing his first Pokemon, he’s left with Pokemon that share types. Luckily, these three Pokemon are also part psychic, which steel Pokemon resist. When Bede is down to Hatterene, his last Pokemon, have your steel type use dynamax and unleash a max move.
