Recommended Pokemon

You are locked to playing Kubfu only for this challenge. We suggest attaching TR moves to Kubfu that can exploit the weakness of the trainers you will be facing on your chosen tower.

Tower of Darkness Trainers (For Urshifu Single Strike Style)

The trainers at the Tower of Darkness are not limited to using a Fighting type Pokemon:

  • Master Dojo Student – Zorua (Lv. 23/Lv. 65)
  • Master Dojo Student – Scraggy (Lv. 24/Lv. 66)
  • Master Dojo Student- Inkay (Lv. 25/Lv. 67)
  • Master Dojo Student – Krokorok (Lv. 26/Lv. 68 )

Tower of Waters (For Urshifu Rapid Strike Style)

The trainers at the Tower of Darkness are not limited to using a Fighting type Pokemon:

  • Master Dojo Student – Psyduck (Lv. 23/Lv. 65)
  • Master Dojo Student – Krabby (Lv. 24/Lv. 66)
  • Master Dojo Student – Marill (Lv. 25/Lv. 67)
  • Master Dojo Student – Poliwhirl (Lv. 26/Lv. 68)

Dojo Master Mustard Tower of  Two Fists Battle (Both Towers)

  • Kubfu (Lv. 30/Lv. 70)

Before entering the tower of your choice, make sure your Kubfu’s level is sufficient. Also, make sure to bring many healing items since you are locked on using this Pokemon up until the last upper floor.

Your fifth tower or second battle against Mustard will happen either at the Tower or Darkness or Tower of Waters. Mustard will only use his own Kubfu but it has a Flying type move, Aerial Ace. In addition, it has Brick Break Fighting type move as well as a Focus Energy Normal type buff move. To even the odds, make sure you’ve attached a Flying type, Psychic type or Fairy type move to target the enemy Kubfu. You can also attach moves that inflict status conditions or terrain effects.
