Also, the player can also join and have fun with his/her six Pokémon using a Poké Toy or a variety of bouncing balls.

Cook and Serve Curry on Rice

While in Pokémon Camp, players have an option to cook a well-loved curry on rice dish. The dish can be made using a variety of ingredients and berries obtained throughout the region.

The player needs to open his/her curry dex and decide on a curry flavor. Then, check if you have the required ingredients before actually cooking.

When cooking the dish, the player needs to pick ingredients manually. To add more challenge, there’s a time limit when picking the ingredients and berries so it is essential to remember them prior to cooking.

If they are connected with each other locally or through Nintendo Switch Online, the player can enter another player’s Pokémon Camp and interact with their Pokémon. In addition, the player can also cook curry on rice at their friend’s camp. However, there is no information given on if there are additional mechanics when cooking in another player’s Pokémon Camp.

Recruit Pokemon

Another feature of Poke Camp is the ability to invite other Pokemon which is akin to the feature of visitor Pokemon in Poke Pelago. From the looks of it, some Pokemon will occasionally appear in your camp after you have sampled some curries. The exact details of this phenomenon are yet to be determined. So far, the Pokemon’s species depends on the location of the camp. Apparently, after inviting the Pokemon, it comes with a Curry Mark and will have the title “the Curry Connoisseur” when brought in battle.
