Content and Features in Pokemon Sword and Shield’s Expansion Pass

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield’s Expansion Pass contains two sets of content that ties to the story that took place in the Galar Region. The first set features the first new area, The Isle of Armor, and the second set features the second newest area, The Crown Tundra. You can learn more about the expansion pass’s plan through its roadmap below:

Also, you will be able to travel to the two newest areas almost at any point in the main story once you have paid and updated your version of the game. Same with how you obtain Galarian Slowpoke, you’ll need to visit Wedgehurst station to travel in the two newest areas.

The Expansion Pass of Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield features new clothing. This includes a Team Yell, Marnie, and Chairman Rose clothing set.

Pokemon Sword and Shield - Expansion Pass Special Purchase Bonus Clothing

For those who purchased the expansion pass already, they will obtain two sets of uniforms featuring Pikachu and Eevee. They are obtained through codes sent to the paid player.
