Name Effect Location
Heavy Duty Boots Prevents the effects of traps set on the battlefield. Beside the cart next to Worker Russel in Galar mine.
Silver Powder Boosts the power of bug type moves. Near a tree in the northwest wheat field on route 4. Can also be obtained by catching wild Butterfree (5% chance).
Light Ball A puzzling orb that boosts Attack and Sp. Attack when held by Pikachu. Can be obtained by catching wild Pikachu (5% chance).
Charcoal Boosts the power of fire-type moves. Can be obtained by catching either wild Kantonian Vulpix or Ninetales (5% chance).
Soft Sand A loose, silky sand that boosts the power of ground-type moves. Can be obtained by catching wild Kantonian or Alolan Diglett, and Kantonian or Alolan Dugtrio.
Quick Claw This light, sharp claw lets the bearer move first occasionally. Can be obtained by catching wild Alolan Meowth or Kantonian and Alolan Persian (5% chance).
Focus Band The holder may endure a potential KO attack, leaving it with just 1 HP. Can be obtained by catching wild Machop, Machoke, or Machamp (5% chance).
Leek This very long and stiff stalk of leek boosts a pokemon’s critical hit rate. Can be obtained by catching either wild Kantonian or Galarian Fargetch’d (5% chance).
Smoke Ball Enables the holder to flee from any wild pokemon Can be obtained by catching either wild Kantonian or Galarian Koffing (5% chance).
Misty Seed Boosts Sp. Defense on misty terrain. It can only be used once. Can be obtained by catching wild Galarian Weezing (5% chance).
Shed Shell Enables the holder to switch out of battle without fail. On route 5. Leave the nursery and head west until you see a patch of tall grass. Go into the grass and walk to the right to go to the hidden area next to the nursery.
Shell Bell The holder restores a little HP every time it inflicts damage on others. Edge of the docks in the eastern section of Hulbury.
Grip Claw Extends the duration of multi-turn attacks, such as Bind and Wrap. Behind Worker Yvonne in Galar mine no.2 (just before the Team Yell grunts).
Soothe Bell The comforting chime of this bell calms the holder, making it friendly. From the lass inside the first house to the right of the pokemon center in Hammerlocke.
Heat Rock Extends the duration of the move Sunny Day when used by the holder. From the gentleman inside the middle house on the eastern street in Hammerlocke.
Wise Glasses This thick pair of glasses slightly boosts the power of special moves. Near the little girl on the upper level of the northeastern section in Hammerlocke.
Focus Sash If the holder has full HP, it will endure a potential KO attack with 1 HP. The item then disappears. From Mr. Focus in the house to the left of the pokemon center in Hammerlocke. Defeat him to get the item. Can also be purchased at the Wyndon battle tower BP shop after clearing the game.
Light Clay Protective moves like Light Screen and Reflect will be effective longer. From the the camper on route 6, walk southwest and go down the ladder to find the item. Can also be obtained by catching wild Baltoy, Claydol, Golett, Golurk, Mudbray, and Mudsdale (5% chance). Can also be purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Metal Coat Boosts the power of steel type moves. Roof of the house to the east in Stow-on-Side.
Big Root Boosts the amount of HP the holder restores from HP-stealing moves. From the entrance of Glimwood Tangle, walk northeast. It is next to a glowing mushroom.
Luminous Moss Boosts Sp. Def if the holder is hit with a water type attack. It can only be used once. Walk west from Madam Judy in Glimwood Tangle.
Choice Scarf This curious scarf boosts Speed but only allows the use of one move. Deliver Paula’s letter to Frank. He is in the first house to the left of the pokemon center. Can also be purchased at the Wyndon battle tower BP shop after clearing the game.
Eviolite When held by a pokemon that can still evolve, it raises both Defense and Sp. Def. From Breeder Elena in the house to the left of the arc leading to Ballonlea stadium.
Pixie Plate A stone tablet that boosts the power of fairy type moves. On route 8. From the first Falinks hole, walk south to a small clearing to find the item.
King’s Rock When the holder successfully inflicts damage, the target may also flinch. Inside the small enclosure in the area before the route 8 ruins exit.
Terrain Extender Extends the duration of the terrain caused by the holder’s move or ability. From the camping lass at the route 8 ruins exit, walk east to find the item. Can also be purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Snowball Boosts the attack if the holder is hit with an ice type attack. It can only be used once. Next to the small snowman in Circhester. From the Hero’s Bath, walk down the stairs to the southwest to find the item. Can also be obtained by catching either wild Aloloan Vulpix or Ninetales (5% chance).
Scope Lens A lens for scoping out weak points. It boosts the holder’s critical hit rate. From the Spikemuth entrance on route 9, walk a little to the west to the fenced grassy path to find the item.
Black Sludge It gradually restores HP to poison type pokemon. It damages any other type. Found in Wyndon. Take the main street going north and turn right before the bridge. Proceed along the road to find the item.
Air Balloon The holder will float in the air until hit. Once the holder is hit, this item will burst. In front of the phone booth to the right of the entrance to Rose of the Rondelands hotel in Wyndon. Can also be purchased at the Wyndon battle tower BP shop after clearing the game.
Grassy Seed Boosts defense on grassy terrain. It can only be used once. In the fenced middle area of the park in Wyndon.
Electric Seed Boosts defense on electric terrain. It can only be used once. Left side of Rose Tower in Wyndon.
Cell Battery Boosts attack if the holder is hit with an electric type attack. It can only be used once. Right side of Rose Tower in Wyndon. Can also be purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Life Orb Boosts the power of moves at the cost of some HP with each hit. From the first forked path in the Slumbering Weald, turn right. Make another right at the second forked path and follow it to the stream. Use the rotom bike water mode and paddle south to find the item on the patch of land on the right. Can also be purchased at the Wyndon battle tower BP shop after clearing the game.
Mental Herb The holder shakes off move-binding effect to move freely. It can used only once. From the first forked path in the Slumbering Weald, make a left. Follow it and make a right at the second forked path. Finally, make another left to find the item. Can also be purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Destiny Knot Allows the transfer of five individual values (IVs) of parent pokemon to their offspring through breeding. Purchased at the BP shop in Hammerlocke after clearing the game.
Choice Band This curious headband boosts attack but only allows the use of one move. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Choice Specs These curious glasses boost sp. attack but only allow the use of one move. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Assault Vest This offensive vest raises sp. defense but prevents the use of status moves. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Red Card When the holder is hit by an attack, the attacker is removed from battle Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Eject Button When the holder is hit by an attack, it will be switched out of battle. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Eject Pack When the holder’s stats are lowered, it will be switched out of battle. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Blunder Policy Raises speed sharply when a pokemon misses with a move because of accuracy. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Weakness Policy Raises attack and sp. attack sharply when the holder is hit with a move it is weak against. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
White Herb Restores any lowered stat in battle. It can only be used once. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Power Herb Allows the holder to immediately use a move that normally requires a turn to charge. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Room Service Lowers speed when Trick Room takes effect. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Throat Spray Raises sp. attack when a pokemon uses a sound-based move. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Adrenaline Orb Boosts speed when intimidated. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game.
Absorb Bulb Boosts sp. attack if the holder is hit with a water-type attack. It can only be used once. Purchased at the BP shop in Wyndon battle tower after clearing the game. Can also be obtained by catching wild Oddish, Gloom, or Vileplume (5% chance).
