Getting All Legendary Pokemon
Eternatus
Eternatus is encountered at the Hammerlocke energy plant just before you go up against Leon in the champion cup finals. You will have to claim all eight gym badges and defeat Chairman Rose to face Eternatus.
Eternatus is a poison/dragon type pokemon. It is recommended to bring ground and psychic type pokemon before taking it on. Zacian and Zamazenta will aid you in battle, giving you better chances of defeating Eternatus.

Eternatus Ability and Signature Move
Eternatus’ ability, Pressure, raises its opponent’s PP usage. Its signature move is Dynamax Cannon. The dragon-type special attack deals twice as much damage to dynamaxed pokemon.
Zacian and Zamazenta
Zacian and Zamazenta will appear multiple times during the main story. You will, however, only be able to catch either of them after becoming the Galar league champion. This requires you to defeat Leon in Wyndon.
Post Game Walkthrough – Obtaining Zacian and Zamazenta
After winning against Leon, head to the Slumbering Weald’s shrine to begin a new adventure. Be prepared to take on two new pokemon trainers called Swordward and Shielbert. You will also reunite and battle old rivals, especially Hop, to obtain either Zacian or Zamazenta.
Zacian is a fairy type pokemon while Zamazenta is a fighting type. Be sure to hold on to the master ball you received from Prof. Magnolia after becoming the Galar league champion to catch either of the two pokemon.
Zacian Ability and Signature Move (Pokemon Sword)
Zacian’s ability is Intrepid Sword which raises its attack as soon as it enters battle. It has the signature move Behemoth Blade, a steel-type physical attack that does double damage to a dynamaxed target.
Zamazenta Ability and Signature Move (Pokemon Shield)
Dauntless Shield, Zamazenta’s ability, increases its defense when it goes into battle. It uses the signature move Behemoth Bash. The attack deals twice as much damage if the target is dynamaxed.
