Pokemon Traders

Various non-player characters across the Galar region can be traded with to obtain certain pokemon. Doing so can help you complete your pokedex, breed pokemon, or even provide you more coverage in battle. Some pokemon species can only be obtained this way outside of trading with other players online.

Traded pokemon have nicknames given to them by their original trainers. Note that you will not be able to rename them after obtaining them.
