How to Customize Your Character’s Clothing and Style

In Pokemon Sword and Shield, players have the option of changing their character’s clothes. New clothes can be bought at boutiques located in different cities within the Galar Region. Each boutique has a unique selection of clothing items, so make sure to visit before moving on to the next location. To change your character’s looks and hairstyle, read our Hair Salon Guide.

A player can easily identify a boutique from the outside by looking at its storefront full of stylish clothes. Once the player enters the boutique, he/she can explore the clothing store and interact with other shoppers inside.

Below is a list of clothing items that can be bought from the boutique with a female character. This may differ from male characters.

• Hoodie / Jacket
• Trousers
• Dresses
• Socks
• Shoes
• Backpacks
• Caps
• Glasses
• Gloves

In addition to buying new clothing items, players can also decide to change their clothes’ color. Remember that customizing the character’s clothes and style requires Pokémon Dollars. However, they can still visit the boutique to browse and plan out their future style.

More information about the boutique and how to update your main character’s clothing will be added once Pokémon Sword and Shield become available on November 15th!
