Where to get the Oval Charm
After completing the main story, you need to fly to Circhester. Head to the plaza and go inside the hotel on the left. Take the elevator to the second floor. Head to the far left and enter the second to the last room and finally talk to the policeman. Turns out the guy is none other than Game Freak’s Morimoto. Take him on in a Pokemon battle. His roster includes a full team of level 65 Pokemon. After you defeat him, he’ll reward you with an Oval Charm.
