Move Tutors
Motostoke
The Motostoke move tutor is located in the lower area of the city. From the Budew inn, walk south toward a tunnel leading to the lower storage area. The move tutor will teach the most powerful steel type move Steel Beam.

Hammerlocke
The Hammerlocke move tutor teaches battle combo moves. He can can be found near the edge of Hammerlocke’s moat. From the Hammerlocke vault, walk southwest down some stairs to find the tutor.

Circhester
The Circhester battle move tutor is located to the left of the Hero’s Bath in Circhester. He teaches the most powerful dragon type move called Draco Meteor.

Wyndon
The Wyndon move tutor is found in the southeast park. You can find him in between rows of benches. He will only teach the ultimate moves to fully-evolved starter pokemon.
