Overview

Max moves are high-powered moves that can be used by dynamaxed Pokemon. For three turns, a dynamaxed Pokemon’s moves become max moves. The type of max move relies on its own moveset. Here, we listed the moves based on their effects.

List of Max Moves

Increases stat of allies

Move	Type	Effect
Max Knuckle	Fighting	Deals damage and raises self and ally’s Attack by one stage.
Max Steelspike	Steel	Deals damage and raises self and ally’s Defense by one stage.
Max Ooze	Poison	Deals damage and raises self and ally’s Special attack by one stage.
Max Quake	Ground	Deals damage and raises self and ally’s Special defense by one stage.
Max Airstream	Flying	Deals damage and raises self and ally’s Speed by one stage.

Lowers enemy’s stat

Max Wyrmwind	Dragon	Deals damage and lowers the target’s Attack by one stage.
Max Phantasm	Ghost	Deals damage and lowers the target’s Defense by one stage.
Max Flutterby	Bug	Deals damage and lowers the target’s Special attack by one stage.
Max Darkness	Dark	Deals damage and lowers the target’s Special defense by one stage.
Max Strike	Normal	Deals damage and lowers the target’s Speed by one stage.

Max Geyser	Water	Deals damage and summons rain for five turns.
Max Rockfall	Rock	Deals damage and summons a sandstorm for five turns.
