Meanwhile, the Crown Tundra is home to many ice type Pokemon. It appears that there are many more that await trainers, including the new Pokemon, Calyrex and returning legendary Pokemon. Through the dynamics among the three legendary birds, we witnessed each of the legendary birds fighting for its territory.

New Trainers

The trailer teased an unnamed npc who introduces you to the other Kanto starters that weren’t given by Leon. The scene appears to show that she might give you a starter to join on your new adventure.

In addition to new story characters, some of the new trainer classes also wear Karate Gi, while others wear winter-themed hiker’s clothes. These trainers are likely to use Pokemon that either have connections to the fighting type or ice type respectively. So far, we saw that the fighting type trainer class can send out Poliwhirl and Scraggy.
