Faculty Training and Advanced Drills

Same with seminars, faculty training provides a skill experience boost to Byleth within Garreg Mach Monastery. Faculty Training can be provided by both knights and professors with each having a skill focus. As the story progresses, Faculty Trainings will become Advanced Drills. Byleth will be able to learn from any of his/her units with a higher skill level than him/her during the post-time skip.

If you choose the Crimson Flower route, most of the faculty will be unavailable in Chapter 12 beyond.
