Outdoors

Terrain Description Movement Cost Effects
Grasslands Neutral terrain.
Plain Neutral terrain.
Forest Defensive terrain for all except fliers.
  • +30% Avoidance
  • +1 Defense
River Terrain that is only navigable by fliers.
Bridge Lowers a bridge when activated.
Mountain
Pond Terrain that is navigable only by fliers.

Village

Terrain Description Movement Cost Effects
Edifice Terrain that is navigable only by fliers.
Fiery Floor Causes damage each turn. Has no effect on flier.
  • -15% HP
Thicket Defensive terrain for all except fliers.
  • +20% Avoidance
  • +1 Defense

Castle

Terrain Description Movement Cost Effects
Floor Neutral terrain.
Stairs Terrain that is difficult for cavalry to traverse.
Avo Floor Terrain that raises avoidance. Has no effect on fliers.
  • +40% Avoidance
Warp Floor Warps unit to another warp floor. Unit can act after warping.
Wardwood Terrain that raises resistance.
  • +2 Resistance
Cover Terrain that raises defense. Has no effect on fliers.
  • +2 Defense
Stronghold Restores HP each turn. Raises Avo, Def, and Res for non-fliers.
  • +30% Avoidance
  • +2 Defense
  • +2 Resistance
  • +30% Health
