As the second son of Count Velgris, Caspar does not have any claims to the throne. This fueled him to make a name for himself through martial arts training. He studies at the Officer’s Academy and belongs to the Black Eagles house. Although he can be quite reckless, Caspar upholds the truth and has a strong sense of justice.
