Tea Time with Ingrid Brandol Galatea
Ingrid is the Lady of House Galatea and a childhood friend of Dimitri, Felix, and Sylvain. She has always dreamed of becoming a knight. Even though Dimitri has deemed her already fit to be one, she focuses too much on eating sweets to realize that.

How to Unlock a Tea Time

Accomplish Ferdinand’s quest in chapter 4, Tea for Two, to access tea time events with characters on birthdays and free exploration.

OK. I’ve finally gotten to the Seiros/Silver Snow section of the game, & I have to report this: Chapter 12 – “To War” – is, at least in the Silver Snow route, considered the end of Part One, not the beginning of Part 2 as you have listed here. Part 2 didn’t start until “Reunion at Dawn.”
I will post another comment once I know if the same is true for all routes, or just that one.
(Also, a tip you might want to put in, if it isn’t already: Make sure you have at least one – if not 4 – Chest Keys in your inventory by the time you get to the end of the first bit. The first map you fight on for Part 2 has four chests, but only 3 people with Chest Keys on them. If whomever you made a Thief prior to that isn’t one of the people who shows up, you’re SOL on Chest #4. There’s also 2 doors blocking 2 of the chests, but you can bypass that with a flyer.)

You are welcome, yea! 🙂
