Weapon Repair Overview

A weapon breaks whenever its durability reaches 0. While still usable, broken weapons are no longer effective during combat. Similar to forging, you can bring broken weapons to the blacksmith to have them repaired. You’ll need smithing stones to repair normal weapons weapon or special metals like umbral steel to repair a hero relic weapon.

How to Repair Weapons

Same with forging, Byleth must visit the blacksmith at the marketplace of Garreg Mach Monastery. If you don’t have the required stones, you can buy regular stones from the merchants across from the blacksmith shop. You can also obtain smithing stones, black-sand steel, and arcane crystals from these merchants. For rare stones, you need to complete quest, auxiliary, or paralogue battles in order to acquire them. You can also receive regular stones by assigning students to group tasks.
