Takuto Maruki, the Councillor Confidant in Persona 5 Royal
Takuto Maruki is the newest confidant introduced in Persona 5 Royal. He works as a part-time student counselor at Shujin Academy. A great listener and good with advice, the counselor quickly becomes rather popular among the school’s student body.
As a Confidant, it is implied that he will introduce additional Mementos mission requests and benefits to make the Phantom Thieves’ lives easier.

Unlocking Takuto
Takuto’s confidant events will be unlocked after you receive counseling from him after the midterms on May 13. He can be found in the school building on weekdays.

Joker can obtain healing items after hitting certain ranks. Given how valuable the items are, you’re better off saving them for Palace infiltration and boss battles.

It’s +3. Make sure to have a Counselor persona with you to gain full effect.
If I misses a day with the councillor arcana can I still do it or is it locked? I an asking this because I missed a day with the arcana and I am wondering if I still have a chance to continue it or I need to restart

“Good work over there.” for the phone reply on Rank 3 got me two notes (with Consultant Persona).
