Recommended Strategies for April

1) Carry Personas of Different Arcana Especially on Rank Ups

Whenever you choose to spend time with your confidants for rank ups and hangouts, make sure you carry a persona with you under that Arcana. For example, if you spending time with Ryuji, the Chariot Confidant, have an Agathion or a Slime under the Protagonist’s persona stock.

2) Prioritize in Ranking Up the Death Confidant

Raising up the level of Tae Takemi’s Death Confidant will grant the Protagonist access to SP Recovery accessories. These accessories are called SP Adhesives and can be bought from Takemi’s clinic. In addition, these accessories are categorized into three different tiers and differ by SP recovery rate.  Acquiring them early helps in making Joker’s party stay longer in the palaces.

3) Raise Knowledge, Guts, and Kindness Social Stats this Month

For this month, focus on boosting the Protagonist’s Knowledge, Guts, and Kindness social stats.

Social Stat Guide

Guts is a social stat essential in ranking up Tae Takemi’s Death Confidant and Sadayo Kawakami’s Temperance Confidant once it becomes available. To raise Guts quickly, visit the school library and pick the option to study.

Sadayo Kawami – Temperance Confidant Information

Kindness is another social stat important for ranking up Ann Takakami’s Lovers Confidant. Kindness can be raised early by nourishing plants in the Protagonist’s room. To tend plants, bio nutrients are required. The Protagonist can purchase them from the Flower Shop located at the Shibuya Station Underground Mall

Ann Takamaki – Lovers Confidant Information

Among the five social stats, Knowledge has the most coverage in terms of related Protagonist activities. To increase this social stat early, you can read books purchased from the Taihodo Bookstore or rent DVDs from Scarlet Rental.

4) Save Money While Buying at the Airsoft Shop

You will often visit Munehisa Iwai’s Airsoft Shop in order to sell the treasures you’ve gathered from the cognitive palace or Mementos. In addition, his shop sells strong weapons, armor, guns, and accessories that you can use during your thief life activities. We suggest not spending all of your money to buy all of them since you will need some budget in spending time with your confidants. If you have extra money to spare prioritize in buying weapons and armor for the first month. In terms of accessories, save for at least 4 Chakra Chokers (+10 SP when worn) to increase your SP pool.

5) Stock on Consumable SP Restoring Items

At the start of each week, make sure that you purchase all SP Items available especially when you are about to enter cognitive palaces or explore Mementos. These SP restoring items can restore +5 SP each but they can be bought at multiple vending machines placed at different locations. These vending machines replenish their supply of SP items every Monday so keep that day in mind. It is not a priority to purchase all SP items if you don’t have extra yen to spend.

In this month, you can access three areas where you can buy these SP items in vending machines:

  • Yogen-Jaya Blue Public Bathouse Vending Machine – 4 pieces at 100 yen each
  • Shibuya Central Street Arcade White Vending Machine – 2 pieces at 300 yen each
  • Shujin Academy Courtyard Blue Vending Machine – 2 pieces at 300 yen each
