What are Will Seeds?

Will Seeds are new collectible items introduced in Persona 5 Royal. Will Seeds resemble human skulls and are obtained by entering secret rooms located at different sections of a cognitive palace. They manifest due to the cognitive distortions.

Collecting all three Will Seeds will cause them to combine. Giving the fused Will Seed to Jose will allow the player to obtain powerful accessories. Some of these will even come with powerful skills that characters can use in battle.

In addition, Joker and his party will recover a small amount of SP whenever they acquire a Will Seed from a secret room. Press the R1 button to load the map and check your progress on Will Seeds. You can tell how many Will Seeds are in your possession based on the number of checkmarks.

Note that it is possible to purchase an extra Will Seed from Jose if you have missed collecting one from any of the palaces during the story.

  1. Let’s be honest there, I came for the passives info cause i’m too fcking blind to saw them IG, so c’mon just put like a CLEAR AND VISIBLE spoiler warning, I actually had to use the crtl+f tool to actually found the said warning… I’m disappointed rn…

    • …It’s hardly their fault if you missed the spoiler warning at the top of the page. Also, looking up something like this, what did you EXPECT?

  2. Uh, Kaneshiro’s accessory doesn’t buffalo attack: Vault Guardian is a skill that buffs defense.

Haven’t finished the game yet… but if Maruki’s will seed accessory performs as advertised, it’s gotta be pretty broken.

  3. It may be a good Idea to put a spoiler warning for the last will seed as which palace it comes from is a huge spoiler. You’ve spoiled it for me, but it doesn’t need to be spoiled for anyone else.
