Guide for Incense
Incense is a type of item that can be used to boost a selected stat of a persona while under lockdown in the Velvet Room. This feature is exclusive to Persona 5 Royal.
In order to reap the full benefits of incenses, it is better to use them during fusion alarm.
Where to Obtain Incense
Incenses can be obtained multiple sources in Persona 5 Royal.
1) Jose’s Shop

Incense can also be ordered through Home TV Shopping. They can be ordered on 7/3 and 11/13 when you examine the TV downstairs at Cafe LeBlanc

Yes but how do you actually use them? Seriously I have like 50 of them and they’re just burning up space. No pun intended.
When you put a Persona into Lockdown, Caroline will give you the option to burn some incense to upgrade their stats while in Lockdown.
It’s also worth pointing out that certain Shadows drop them in negotiations too. I’ve managed to get 4 Ambergris MA drops from the Shadow Arahabaki
If you work on the politician confidant then you can get a crazy ammoumt of incense out of negotiations
