Shadow Akitsu Strategy
Shadow Akitsu has about 2,550 HP and access to the skills Swift Strike, Stomach Blow, Muodon, Maeiga, Eigaon, Dekaja, and Life Leech. He is immune to wind attacks, instant death attacks, burn, and freeze.
Attack Shadow Akitsu with Elec skills and follow them up with All-out Attacks. You can also inflict confusion on him to prevent him from dealing too much damage or using Mudoon to instantly kill a member of your party. When Akitsu is confused or under any other mental status condition, use psy skills to deal significant damage.

I have mishima rank 10 and he has not got this quest. I have no opened the aki portion of the maze yet since i let 5 stack up before i go in but its already october with no quest. I HAVE checked every day if i missed messages and havent? Do you have to unlock the portion of the dungeon first?

It actually unlocks 9/19 after the overseas trip. Not 8/19.
