Boss Strategies

Here is a breakdown of the battle strategies against the mini-boss. This applies to Persona 5 Royal only.

Cast Nuke Spells

Cast Nuke skills such as Frei to pin the mini-boss down. Then, follow it up with an All-Out Attack. Frei skills can be obtained from Regent, a treasure persona, or by fusing for Makami prior the battle.

Apply Debuff Skills

Panther and Joker can debuff the enemy mini-boss with Tarunda, Sukunda, and Rakunda. After using debuffs, assign Panther to Guard or heal other party members.

Use Zio to Inflict Shock Status Ailment

Although it has strong resistance to Dormina and Pulinpa, the mini-boss is still susceptible to other status ailments such as shock. Make Ryuji use Zio. Once it’s inflict, command Joker to use Nuke skills or Fox / Mona to use single-target physical attacks.
